I am a PhD student at Imperial College London, working with Professors Robert Shorten and Jakub Marecek (AIC). I received my Master degree in Operational Research with Risk from University of Edinburgh in UK and Bachelor degree in Insurance from Hunan University in China. My interests are in fairness in machine learning, but we have used a fair amount of convex and non-convex (and sometimes non-commutative) optimization therein.
